Nice. Bought a 2009 xc70 t6 with all the bells and whistle for 5.5k. Love it and just got the roof rack with 4 kayak carriers. Can hold 2 kayaks and still have the cargo space

Laut Kaufberatung ist der AWD ab Modellpflege zu gebrauchen (Führungshülse verstärkt), ist damit das Problem komplett gelöst, oder kanns da trotzdem zu Defekten kommen? Wie gut ist die Haldex? Danke schonmal! Gruß, ein Ex-945- und 855-Fahrer ^^
@@nordictraveller Moin, sorry erst jetzt gesehen. Ich hab den 2005er, da hats die Hülse weggedreht, nach (teurem und aufwändigem) Austausch mit der verstärkten Hülse scheint diese jetzt zu halten. Haldex regelt sehr gut, schon bei 1/7 Radschlupf kommt die Hinterachse mit 50% dazu, bei nach 2006er Modellen sogar mit 65%. Hat aber bis jetzt immer gereicht 😁 Ob brauchbar kannst du bei meinen Vids sehen

ID say some of the wheels are nokian winter tires and others something like bf goodrich at k02. stock wheel size should be r16, so bf goodrich id assume 215/65 r16 if no lift

The Legacy which I have is a Twinscroll, quite rare estate with that sexy boxer engine. I live in Wales, perfect car for here, as is a Volvo XC70. Ideal for dogs, countrylife and both are very well built quality motoring. Not seeing other cars on their level as in cars for their abilities.
xc 70s awd intended as a safety feature, not for tearing up the land, especially delicate dune areas. These are not true Volvo owners. Also music is real bad.

This video had proven and shown its Volvo brand Safety and great for different terrain too 👍👍👍 Truth i'm starting to love the new models of Volvo tho, hope to have them in Asean with competitive price and great car's functions on it. I'm willing to go for Volvo at the price range of somewhere between BMW & Honda for now. Where have you been Volvo? Looks would definitely go to the p3 chassis. Engine wise they are pretty close. Can't go wrong with a P3 T6 engine. Thats what I have. I was looking at the p2 version but the asking prices were so close to the t6 I snagged up so it was a no brainer, plus the interier looks so much better on p3 chassis.
@@johnreed6856 Im a big guy also about 6'1/6'2, got a 2005 v70 and i fit comfortably. Great seats for long journyes :D The only thing to consider is that the v70 is quite low to the ground when getting in and out, but if you go for a xc70 that would not be a problem anyways.
Nothing like resurrecting a video that must be 10 years old (you can tell from the body cladding). However the car is just as capable as it always was. It's just that the Chunee owners have dumbed the vehicle down. Shame . I'm keeping mine....
@@eyalschnider Why do you need a V6? The Volvo blocks were more than gutsy enough for these cars, and far more reliable to boot. Unfortunately they've gone out of production a while ago so there won't be any more engines available.

except for the fuel consumption, my 2006 awd 200hp XC70 was probably the best car ive had.
