    I will never forget my last year in grade school, I was 11 years old. My two classmates both males constantly bullied me everyday, every minute. They kept calling me "Black Molly" a black fish with big bulging eyes, this is because of my skin colour, I just ignored them, although it hurts me so much that I didn't want to go to school. I prayed to God that these 2 bullies would stop calling me such name because I know that I wasn't really a pretty girl. They laughed at me. There was a time that I was sweeping the classroom floor when one of the bullies and watched me doing what I was doing, it was only me and him, that was 4:30pm, all the students and school teachers were not there, only me at him. I didn't understand why he kept distracting and kept on bullying me, until I decided I had ENOUGH. What I did? I whacked him on the lower lip with the a broom handle and cut his lower lip, he was bleeding the looked on his face made him looked like a terrorized cow. I stood up for myself and that was the end of the bullying. He ran away and came back with his Mother. I told his Mother what happened so they just left. Hahaha they are nothing but a big SOOKS and COWARDS!

      Love it.
      I was taunted and abused by a school bully and have no idea why she and her gang targeted me. I usually walked away if I saw them coming, they were all older and bigger than me, and there were 5 of them.
      One lunchtime, the leader felt brave enough to physically attack me, without her gang! as I sat reading a book. I saw red. Like you, I'd had enough.
      I grabbed her by her long hair and pulled, HARD. She fell to the ground, and I rubbed her face in gravel.
      I enjoyed every minute of it. She got up, screaming that she'd report me to the principal, and I told her I'd kick her head in if she did.
      That fixed her. She and her gang never came near me again. I was 12 years old and went home to tell my mum, and she was delighted that I'd stood up to that horrible girl.

    Profound!
    Despite of the astounding amount of material by Jung on the unconcious mind and the need for shadow work, psychiatry has still not understood that this is the way to handle mental health problems. Why? Because most psychiatrists and psychologists haven't met their own shadows. And so they shy away from the shadows of others and rather dumb them down with chemicals or words

      Not only is it terrible advice it potentially will get bully victims killed. It's so important to stay emotionally neutral & safely leave when you're bullied otherwise they'll use your laughter response as an excuse to attack you & the bully will blame you & justify the abuse by saying that you were mocking them..... Sorry that you were abused B.T.W

    • @darrylschultz9395
      @darrylschultz9395 Год назад +1

      Guessing what the result will be is no substitute for trying a recognised expert's advice. Not a mocking laugh, but an attitude of detached acceptance, rather than a hurt and angry "how dare you treat me like this!" reaction. As the bullying continued when responding seriously(i.e.,hurt or angry), maybe doing the opposite would produce the opposite result. The bully feeds off the angry hurt reaction of the one they're bullying, so showing nonchalance(eg, by having a chuckle)will deprive them of the feeling of power, and they'll see that their method of achieving their quest for dominance has been rendered ineffective-at which point they'll have no choice but to desist.

      @esther varney yes thats true most bullies want to be loved or admired. They just go about it the wrong way. I thought the worse ones were the ones that got alot of love and attention? Infact to much if thats possible, but there still bullys and the worse kind. They know how to stop? But i believe theres still something thats eating away at them and are to ashamend about it to ask or talk about it becouse they have been seen as the centre of attention and are respected in alot of ways, so it scares them to death to ask what they want to know? As they think they are to good or high up the pecking order to look ashamend?

    Never let people gossip about somebody, who didn´t do anythink wrong to you, even if you don´t know this person. If they saiy this one who we gossip about did us wrong, saiy do you have any proof?Ìf they don´t have any proof that this person who they gossip about did them wrong. They don´t have they right to gossip about this person till they have a proof.

    About the title, I'm 56 with financial worries and uncertain future. I have regrets, I could have done with this decades earlier, am I doomed because of my age?

      Start thinking of your problems as challenges and take pleasure in overcoming them.
      You are a toddler at 56 but because society imposes age-related expectations it is the standards of others that bother you.
      Maintain your physical health at the best possible level and everything will work out.

    “Your soul needs your recklessness, not your wisdom” can someone explain this to me in simpler terms please ?

    • @quotesdoseofficial
      @quotesdoseofficial  Год назад +1

      The phrase "Your soul needs your recklessness, not your wisdom" suggests that there are moments in life when it is essential to embrace a fearless and adventurous spirit rather than relying solely on caution and rational thinking. It implies that sometimes, following one's passion and taking bold risks can lead to profound personal growth and fulfillment.
