TRAILRUNNING OREGON COAST TRAIL & SEAL ROCKS BEACH | Saint Perpetua & Amanda's Trail | Yachats, OR

This is day 2 and 3 of my dog and I camping at the Forest Service Cape Perpetua Campground. In this adventure we take off from the campground and hike up to rock shelter overlooking the ocean on Saint Perpetua Trail, from there we take Amanda's Trail and the Oregon Coast Trail into Yachats, Oregon to grab a burrito and a beer. We reverse course and return back to the camp where a tired dog and I make dinner, camp out and the next morning we go run the Seal Rocks Beach on low tide.
