Música de Estimulación Bilateral. Instrucciones debajo
    Welcome to Bilateral Stimulation Music.
This stage is aimed at letting your imagination and feelings fly with every second of music.
Stimulate the creative. Modulate stress, anxiety, accompanying him without facing him.
Connect with emotions that are happening in your body, without hindering it, only that they flow as the music passes.
We will walk towards the fluidity of what happens, accompanying from calm, relaxation.
Important note. Always listen to music with Headphones.
    1st step.
Put the music to a rather soft volume, in a quiet place. If possible only for you.
If you are in the office working or studying, make it a moment where you can have 21 minutes just for you, continuing with your activity.
If you go to sleep. Send an order to your conscious brain, that it is time to rest. Thus: "Time to rest" Release what arises without resistance.
    2nd step
Allow the emotion that arises to express itself freely. For this, I commented that the moment is for you, in case tears come out, that they flow; if you want to run, run. If you want to scream, scream, always with the music in your ears.
    Let what happens, just happen.
(As long as what arises you can manage alone, and that it does not harm you, or harm any person or living being around you)
    Step 3.
If you feel the excitement go up and up and panic about losing control, put a thought into your mind that says, "I'm safe, I'm sure, nothing will hurt me here."
To do this, gradually lower the intensity of that emotion that has been activated. And I recommend that you contact a professional so that you can work on this emotion that music could have helped to awaken.
    4th step
When the music ends, just breathe, you will see how the pulses will go off. That is the time to take 3 deep and slow breaths, which little by little bring you to the present, to the here and now.
Go breathing slowly and gradually opening your eyes if you have closed them.
IF you are sleeping, keep sleeping,
IF you are at work, studying; you breathe deeply and adapt your new emotional state to your routine at that moment. It means that if you were tense and agitated, and now you have calm for example; allow that calm to become leader of that moment working, or studying.
Tranquil music, slow instrumental, peaceful music, positive, minecraft, game music, slow background music, music for meditation, música relax, wonderful music, chill study music, música chillout, chillout study music, relax daily, nujabes, new age music playlist, musica de relax, homework music relaxing

I didn't believe it at first when my therapist said it would be more effective than medications. But since I decided to try it later, I listen to it every day. Sometimes I listen to it on repeat for even an hour. I have anxiety and obsession disorder. While my brain was full and I was not thinking about anything other than the disease, it activated my brain again and I slowly started to return to life. Thank you very much for sharing this beautiful music with us and for your efforts. May god protect you 👏🏻

      Hello Nunu.
I confess that a tear ran down my cheek when I read your message.
Because with people like you who open their hearts and express here their experience freely, it touches my heart and exemplifies the reason to touch my mission and do what I do. Bilateral Stimulation Music.
Please send your doctor my respects, because betting on your body together with your neurology to take the reins without chemistry. It is true that sometimes chemistry helps; now, if it can be avoided sometimes the body is grateful for it.
You have done it. Keep going, keep going and trust your body.
      Thank you.
      Namaste!

This is absolutely the truth. There is so much healing thru allowing yourself to feel. We avoid it soooo much and it just festers. Even tho we think maybe we’ve moved on, we don’t think about it or dwell on it now so we must have. But your body hasn’t forgotten. You are doing yourself the biggest favor, keep pushing through it. It’s the only way 💕

I could use an extended version of just this.. It doesn't take away from my problems, no.. But it calms myself down and allows me to think peacefully over the hanging dilemma in my life without feeling so overwhelmed. At times, all I need is to just think about things in peace away from my own intrusiveness and there it is, a clear thought, a clear path and some times I never look back on those thoughts with the same level of intrusiveness I once had.

    • @JorgeHendersonCollazo
      @JorgeHendersonCollazo  2 года назад +6

Dear Jasmyn, Regarding the length of the melodies, you can allow yourself to listen to the same melody again or go on to another one. And so you also change the register and timbres which can also help you in other areas of the brain.
The thoughts that you call "intrusive" are actually a type of thought, which are part of us and connect us with emotions that are less suitable for our well-being. I recommend that when you detect thoughts that you call intrusive, you awaken compassion in them. And with that you can allow yourself to accept that as they are thoughts, you can help them with other thoughts that are just as intrusive but with a healing response in your body, in your emotions and in your life. Thoughts that most of us call positive. Namaste!🙏

Thank you so much for this! I haven't done any edmr therapy yet, but I'm planning to start because since I started listening to this tune I feel so amazingly peaceful, it transports me in a quiet and safe place. Thank you so much! Can I continue to listen to this even though I do not do therapy?

Hello Ivana, what a nice message you have left. Thank you🙏
Yes, you can keep listening to this music. Even supporting the EMDR process if you start.
I want to tell you also, that this music is an alternative or support, never a substitute for a therapeutic process with EMDR.
So if you are with the idea of starting, do it, for sure your unconscious is calling you to do it.
      Namaste!

Why does it make me want to cry in a good way??

    • @JorgeHendersonCollazo
      @JorgeHendersonCollazo  3 года назад +1

      Hello Ashley
It sometimes happens that this music, in addition to balancing the cerebral hemispheres, acts at the unconscious level. Therefore the fact that you cry, it could also be that you are connecting with an emotional area of which you are not aware. And by balancing the hemispheres, a stored or contained emotion arises. As a hypothesis, tell you that, if you tend to silence your emotions, probably the music is enabling a valve of expression and thus alleviate the contention. Namaste

If you have various forms of trauma and use the sound, it can trigger processing through that trauma. Seek out a therapist who does EMDR, CRM, or other neurobiofeedback modalities.

How is this working for anyone?

    • @JorgeHendersonCollazo
      @JorgeHendersonCollazo  2 года назад

Hi Brooke. It works in relation to the emotions on an unconscious level that move once you put on the music with your headphones.
It can relax you, it can help you to concentrate, it can even happen that it awakens an emotion and increases that bad feeling. In that case I would recommend you, like anyone else, to allow the melody to end. Because at that very moment you are processing an unconscious emotion. Greetings.

Namaste!

Is it normal for my hands to start kind of twitching and somewhat going to the beat of this?

    • @JorgeHendersonCollazo
      @JorgeHendersonCollazo  4 года назад

Gabrielle, The truth is that it is the first time that I hear or read that this happens.
      Unconscious reactions are infinite.
If we take into account that the hands are the most direct nerve extensions to the brain, you could simply think that something was moving in your unconscious and was being sent to your hands. When you work in kinesology, you work precisely with your hands and arms, due to the direct link that these have with the brain. Unless there is some neurological failure, which of course I do not know, I would freely let your body react and observe the experience calmly. Namaste!
