Buenas!
- In case they want to find who is the Strongest man, the problem here is the weight class. - Highest rate of addedweight/bodyweight = The strongest Ex: pullup +50kg: 50kg guy will be stronger than 70kg guy
Its not that simple. Usually the heavier you are the stronger you are, but on a pull up the heavier you are the more weight you are gonna have to pull, so a +50kg pull up the 50kg guy would be pulling a total of 100kg and the 70kg guy would be pulling a total of 120kg
@@MrGuilhermemullerReally Simple bro! Strength-to-Weight ratio. A genetic small guy or a genetic big guy have to train much to lift weights right? Especially the bodyweight. So, they are the same at lifting with body weight if they train enough Ex: few years ago at my gymclub, i'm a small guy (53kg) and had to train really really much to pullup +30kg for reps, but a big guy (he has good fundamental strength too) just need to train a short time to pullup from 0 to +30kg. @@rugolabkk yes! Very easy bro! You need to be very smart at training-routine in order to maintain superhuman strength inside (as much as possible) lightweight. Why do they need to be heavy when they just want to control body well.
