This is the story of a place I feel very close to, one that is filled with stories and memories. Every person I have ever loved has walked down this sandy path with me. Almost daily I’ve strolled around this place, listened to the birds, felt the sunrays on my cheeks and the autumn breeze in my hair. Almost daily I’ve reminisced about the times when people who were no longer in my life had been here with me. In every breath and every step, the memories of the past echo. It has shaped me as a person, taught me to let go of the right things, and heal my inner sadness and grief, so now that I’ve moved away, I use my time there to reconnect with myself, my loved ones and nature. I appreciate what this place gives to me and try to give that love back to those around me.
