Don't let me English name fool you my grandad must have got married over 6 times and decided to have kids and multiple if them so my dad has around 15 Bio siblings them around 25 step siblings and them most of them have like 8 or 9 kids so cousins for me are sometimes way to much to keep up
My mum is one of 16 full blood siblings and they all have children we have over 60 cousins and my dad has 9 full blood siblings and they also all have children and I also have sooooo much second cousins
Same like I have 6 siblings as it is, and both my parents. All together. Can’t see any of my cousins, aunties, uncles, nana or grandads etc and it sucks

Im a final year dental student and its actually better to brush your teeth before breakfast. This is because you put a layer of flouride on your teeth which protect them before exposure to sugar. If you brush after breakfast give it at least 20 mins :)
I used to brush after breakfast then I realised that means all that bacteria built up in your mouth overnight you're eating alongside your breakfast so it's best to brush before you eat so have a clean mouth for your food
