Change the clutch assembly. And make scratches in the inner surface of clutch bell with rough sand paper. I assume u have around 15k km in odo.
Ray zr and fascino has same engine clutch everything. I had the same issue. Service center cant solve. They ll just ask for extra money to fix this over and over in every 500km.
