My husband works for this company. I use to go on his truck routes with him and the only time I’ve seen this happen is when the vending machine isn’t serviced as often as it should or is broken. Whoever rents that machine has to call for that to be fixed. Mini melts has to be a certain temperature, always! They keep it on dry ice at all times. There ice cream is good, this machine probably just needs maintenance
