Very enjoyable reaction. That drummer is not the normal. Her ability to mix it up and stay on beat is otherworldly . Akane is just surreal. Of course the entire band is the perfect storm .
Love that you are doing these (Band Maid, Lovebites, etc.) but PLEASE: Pause to make comments, don't talk over solos!

Akane also plays the trombone(!!). MISA and Akane attended the Tokyo School of Music at the same time, so when Kanami called Akane asking her to join the band, Akane called MISA. There is video of MISA and Akane as backing musicians for Mary J and a video of Mary J interviewing the band several years later. The Tokyo School of Music trains musicians for the music industry.

Thank you for doing another BAND-MAID video. Please don't misconstrue this as getting yelled at or whatever, I'm just trying to help. Please don't talk over the songs, and in particular, don't talk over solos. That's bad juju. We can't hear / understand you, and you're missing parts of the song you're reacting to. Pause, back up a little, tell us what's on your mind (that's why we're here, after all), start the song again. Your ideas and personalities are what give you a chance to grow the channel. We can listen to the song in great quality on Spotify or the official BM channel. You're effectively cheating yourselves out of sharing the things which might inspire subscriptions. Good luck with the channel!
We heard the opposite from others. Can't please them all. Why come to see us stare at a song you've heard. Just curious.
@@MettalMaffiaOfficial Multiple reasons, and please forgive the bastardized, amateurish legalese. First and foremost, I want to support the band (The Band). The more channels The Band is featured on, the more random new eyes/ears they will encounter. I believe in The Band, therefore I believe that will make them more successful and more able to create new product for my greedy ears. I come, I like, I watch to the end, and I comment as a thank you - to support the channel (The Channel). In a tiny way, that helps your YT stats.
In my previous comment, I just threw out some ideas which *might* be helpful to you. Bear in mind: I WANT you to succeed, because that helps The Band, and because I want to watch you grow into a channel I visit just because of YOU, and not just because of the artist of the day who I happen to like. MOST of your audience is transient - just there for the band - the only way to get them to watch most / every video is to get them to like YOU. Also, nobody wants to get shredded in the comments, and I just wanted to mention easy things which could help you avoid that. Also, you have to deal with the ever looming YT copyright monster that can keep your videos from getting published and can generally be a pain in your butt. In theory, pausing occasionally to add interesting thoughts about the song can help with that. (You are correct, of course, you can't please everyone, and I certainly don't expect you to use this as a "how to run your TY channel manual." I'm just trying to be helpful while also avoiding my own work!)
Finally, he said after writing a novel, there's certainly a voyeurism thing going on. We all want to re-live the moments of discovery that mean something to us.

In 2016, Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin caught a performance of Band-Maid in Tokyo and asked for a photo-op with their drummer, Akane Hirose. Reportedly he told her that she was like a reincarnation of John Bonham.
For those who don't know, BAND-MAID played in the Classic Rock Awards 2016 and received the Japan Next Generation prize. After the show Jimmy Page, asked Akane for a photo.

He's a member of the band and as much as we do this for the fans it's also cause we are entertainers at heart. We would never think of excluding him from being able to live music somehow during COIVD.

Fact that you kept talking through an awesome drum solo and also during an awesome guitar riff... Just disrespectfull to the artists. Someone likes the sound of their own voice a bit too much.
Jay Jay isn't very good at reaction videos. He started talking during the solo and never stopped until the video ended and only mentioned the video once or twice in passing :(
