In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses what it takes to be a true hero: standing for a biblical, Judeo-Christian worldview; acknowledging Jesus is Lord; and learning to say “no” to ungodliness and “yes” to godliness. He offers several examples of what this looks like from the Bible and our world today. Following God requires obedience, and when we choose to stop looking for the applause of men and instead seek to please God, He meets us with peace, strength, and courage. Pastor Allen also offers several ways we can trade in our own perspectives for God’s, which leads to greater freedom.

Kansas, thanks for your teaching. God bless you. Hopefully I get to visit so time this year. I truly appreciate you staying on track as you teach God word. To much decent in the churches today. I am 68 and after many years of service disappointment has had is way. The church is full of sick people trying to get their soul healed. But when leadership fails and fall from truth. It can break the heart.
We are in a small town, many church's. So people refuse to be healed or release the din in their lives. Well thanks for solid online teaching.

I have very much appreciated your messages and, until now, found them to be biblically sound.
We are instructed to forgive one another. Mankind. God is not mankind. There is nothing in scripture about needing to forgive God. He is perfect. I understand we can become angry at God and feel like He has let us down, etc. But that reveals our own faulty view of God that needs adjusting.

I have watched this teaching a few times (I want to remember msg) and I have the same thought when he speaks of inertia. What happens to our spoken word? It is not solid matter So does it just keep moving forward? For you beautiful brainiacs I am very curious about this.
As much as I’ve enjoyed your teachings, you just lost me when you said we sometimes need to forgive God.
No, God doesn’t need our forgiveness. If we have a problem with God, it’s our problem. God is God, and we are not.
Sadly, I’m stepping away from your teachings.
