Molto brava.Bighin Giulio Renzo. 😊
it is often not recommended to go on pointe at that age because you're still growing and it can impact your growth, also the muscles in your ankle are usually not developed enough to support your weight until age 12 or 13
Teddy Palf Thank you, but I’m 11 and I play on pointe and I make the Swan Lake Coda on pointe. But maybe her teacher use another technique and important is she is very good 💞
It truly depends on the dancer...I put all of my students on pointe at age 10, they all had wonderful careers and never had a problem, however, you have to have very strong students to work with, which I have always had.
Balletche Balletche YAGP has new rules about pointe because of all the damage being done to dancers because of it. Dancers 10 and under are no longer allowed to compete en pointe and they say they strongly discourage it for 11 year olds.
ah, yes, the YAGP 20 second intro that we all love and totally doesn't get in the way of trying to learn variations!
LITERALLY

She is very nice and very good, but why she is not on pointe?

At yagp they don’t let the youngest age division (Which is the one she is in) en point I know because I went to yagp this year.
