Total shame, I really like these cars, the steering/suspension and handling are amazing, coupled with a decent interior and loads of features. Get one while you can mate, even 2nd, they are a great car! Cheers
Music sucks. Prefer you talk us through your build. Even if its obvious what your doing. Makes people feel more engaged. Love the Commodore Bro.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely keep that in mind for the next video, I just get sick of my own voice! lol... thanks mate!
Or put some Guttermouth on
Passenger qtr panel still rough
There was a tiny dent nearer the headlight unfortunately, but, was a huge improvement over the one that was originally on the car. Cheers mate
Great video, Just a shame about the silly music.
hahaha cheers mate, I'll definitely keep that in mind for the next one, thanks for the feedback!
I would walk away. See tyre in the boot.
Floged. No chances
Things were a bit dire for sure, but every cat deserves a second chance eh… cheers mate
The previous owners should be jailed for treating a car so poorly.
It was pretty rough, especially for a car less than 8 years old eh!
17:17 I have a few Buddhist friends who'd debate you on that ☮☯
Hahaha I don’t want to take any chances just in case your friends aren’t right!
@@nonrasputin9260 🤣🤣🤣
Mate all that for a 5K carious have to much time on your hands.
Definitely not too much time on my hands, it’s more of an enjoyable hobby spaced over weeks/months sometimes. Some people golf, some people scroll through Facebook, some people sleep lots, I like to pull cars to bits and build them up again. Cheers mate
pretty sad condition for a vf commodore
Yes, for a relatively newish car, it had certainly been used pretty hard eh…
Did you 2k ßtretcted timing chains,if not the cars worthless junk😅
Heya mate, not sure if I understand your comment, but pretty much my mantra is everything is fixable, cheers
Never put on fake badges… 🤦🏼♂️ it’s not an SV6
Hahaha more of a tribute eh! Cheers mate
The ultimate in Australian engineering. Now all that expertise has been p1ssed away by our Liberal government. We are now a dumber country.
American engineering. Who do you think developed the engine, transmission and electronics.? Give you a tip, not in Australia.
@@scottwilliam6141 Who do you think improved and refined this car. Who do you think assembled and tested this advanced automotive design? Now all this expertise is lost and we have excuses like you justifying dumbing down the country.
@@Dont_Gnaw_on_the_Kitty_1 Holden was an American company . Sending profits back to the USA.
And subsidising by the Australian taxpayer.
We had a car assembly industry. We did the dumb stuff.
Once we told them they weren’t getting 300 million a year for the privilege, they left.
Good riddance
@@scottwilliam6141 Commidore was Australian designed and exported. You may like a dumb country of consumers, but design and technology is where the future is. Marketing not so much. Car industry supported 10s of thousands of SKILLED workers, now they are baristas!Harvey Norman received MILLIONS in covid payments from the Libs. It made MILLIONS in profits and payed off the Liberals to keep the loot.
@@Dont_Gnaw_on_the_Kitty_1 design and technology are areas we should pursue as a nation.
There was none in car assembly. And assembly line workers are not highly skilled. And the numbers employed was nowhere tens of thousands .
We do have a high tech industry in Australia. High tech does not mean old style factories or low killed jobs assembling cars.
We earn more in exporting medical research and devices than Holden ever did.
And without subsidies.
Typical feral bogan looked after Commodore unfortunately.
Unfortunately it was beat around a bit, but, all it takes is a bit of work to reverse it all eh… I couldent treat a car badly eh, it’s not in me lol cheers mate
@@nonrasputin9260 great working fixing it up properly now!
@@murry001 thanks mate, appreciate it!
I love everything about your channel except for that horrible intro. It's like that excruciating whining sound. Urghh I have to mute it or click off when that plays. 🤮
Hahahaha for real? That’s good to know, i was under the impression that everyone loved it! Cheers mate
@@nonrasputin9260 Yeah I honestly mean that. I love your content and music etc but just that.. no.
