Is it healthy to drink apple cider vinegar daily? I mean will there be any side effect for our internal organs. Since stuff like lemon , apple cider vinegar are powerful.
For me personally, I don’t see any side effects. It suits my gut and helps to clean it better and also I feel like it also helps me in my skin problems.
