yes definitely see if you have dupes already in your collection or maybe pick up one of the dupe palettes from Alter Ego! maybe you could save a little bit of money for other, newer palettes :)

People were hyping this palette so much that I actually considererd getting the alter ego dupe. However, I actually put it beside my urban decay born to run and noticed that the only shades metropolis has that btr does nor is a matte green, matte blue and matte yellow. From there on, everything else is there. And as I have those mattes in other palettes and singles, I did not need this one. I could do all looks with what I have

This palette looks at first glance gorgeous! And I love your first look, peacock colors 😍 Downside is indeed it contains a lot of orangey coppery colors…. Did this palette came out at the same time as the green-brown palette 28 pan? :) I have that one and it is SO pretty. I got it for only €67.- euros. Such a good deal! And it’s so different than all her other 15 pan palettes. More classy, soft and elegant I think? I only am disappointed with the longevity with the lighter shimmers in that palettes; they disappear and creases at the end of the day😢 But with the strong green and blue metallics I don’t have that problem fortunately. But I don’t wear those shades to work, I would be “overdressed”; my colleagues are quite boring regarding looks. So I save the more bold looks for the weekends and my spare time haha. Love from the Netherlands❤️
i feel like this one came out a little bit after the green-brown but i could be wrong! but i totally agree with you-for the price there shouldn't be any creasing imo! thank you for watching!
Is it terrible that I really wanted that palette to be a love letter to the film? That would have been A LOT of grey, but I think I’d even pay full price for that! Or something over the $6 I pay (lol thru boxycharm, so no choice in the palettes ofc…but $6!!!)
i haven't ever seen the film but that would have been really cool!! $6 is indeed an unbeatable price for palettes 🤣
