This video is really true. I never understood why they called us hot heads. I’m always the chillest in the room and really have a quiet nature to me. I only hang around people who give me respect and I treat them like family. It wasn’t until I had a customer service gig that the “hot head” side came out. I am either passive aggressive or I’m in your face blowing up. My friends and family always joke about how I’m short tempered and hot head but it’s true.
