    This video does a terrible job of addressing the topic it claims to address.
    I think that regulatory taking applies to all these orders to close businesses for “public health” and means the govt. could/should be liable for rents, salaries, and even profits to businesses that are closed for “quarantine”. Govt. officials better wise up fast.
