    Very nice, similar to the bigger industrial robots.
    What type of harmonic drive do you use?

    • @frickel-jerry
      @frickel-jerry  2 года назад

      No harmonic drives. Only simple planetary drives.

    Which Motors did you use for the build?

    • @frickel-jerry
      @frickel-jerry  Год назад

      Normal Nema23 stepper motors with a planetary gear drive 40:1 ratio…
      And nema17/nema12 all with planetary gearbox attached

    Hello, very good job, currently I have finished assembling my ar3, I followed all the steps in the manual, I did not want to deviate, now that I test it it works, but I have a problem, when doing the autocalibration of all the servos, it does not return j6 to 0 °, stays touching the switch, and marks me successful calibration. separately j6 works for me without problems, it rotates in both directions, only when I calibrate it does that to me. I need it to calibrate correctly. it doesn't always do it, sometimes if it comes back. What do you think it could be?

      Sorry for late reply...
      Maybe a problem with the Endswitch/the power line for the switches

    To power all of the components, did you only end up using an arduino, 24V power supply, DM54T drivers X5 and a DM320T? I am following ChrisAnnins opensource arm, and I think i do not need more than these components?
    In german (because I see the channel is in german also,)
    Haben Sie am Ende nur ein Arduino, ein 24-V-Netzteil, die DM54T-Treiber X5 und ein DM320T verwendet, um alle Komponenten mit Strom zu versorgen? Ich folge ChrisAnnins Opensource-Arm, und ich denke, ich brauche nicht mehr als diese Komponenten?
    Thank you,
    Juan

      Yes, you are right. I‘ll use one more driver and an arduino pro Mini for the gripper...

    hello Frickel-Jerry, I'm from Vietnam, I'm also learning about arduino and love robots, can you tell me where to buy the code, or can you share the code for me?
