Hello, very good job, currently I have finished assembling my ar3, I followed all the steps in the manual, I did not want to deviate, now that I test it it works, but I have a problem, when doing the autocalibration of all the servos, it does not return j6 to 0 °, stays touching the switch, and marks me successful calibration. separately j6 works for me without problems, it rotates in both directions, only when I calibrate it does that to me. I need it to calibrate correctly. it doesn't always do it, sometimes if it comes back. What do you think it could be?
To power all of the components, did you only end up using an arduino, 24V power supply, DM54T drivers X5 and a DM320T? I am following ChrisAnnins opensource arm, and I think i do not need more than these components? Thank you, Juan
hello Frickel-Jerry, I'm from Vietnam, I'm also learning about arduino and love robots, can you tell me where to buy the code, or can you share the code for me?
Stunning work of art of the machine. Very well done!
Thanks! This was the with the old software, maybe some incorrect synchronized.

I just love this sound and I loved that robot
Richtig geil gemacht!!!! Ich hatte das Projekt ja auf Facebook schon länger im Blick :) Ich bin mal auf nächste Projekte gespannt!
Grüße, Sebastian
Beautiful! Need to build robot arm... :)
i love the sound
Good job!👍👍👍👍
Nice Work!
Thanks
Very nice, similar to the bigger industrial robots.
What type of harmonic drive do you use?
No harmonic drives. Only simple planetary drives.
That’s just... AWESOME :D
payload of AR4 able 1.9kg rite?
I don’t know the AR4 payload…sorry
Which Motors did you use for the build?
Normal Nema23 stepper motors with a planetary gear drive 40:1 ratio…
And nema17/nema12 all with planetary gearbox attached
good job man this is so beautiful
Are there plans available anywhere for that awesome gripper you have added to your AR2?
No, sorry...
I like this sound 🥰🥰🥰

Sorry for late reply...
Maybe a problem with the Endswitch/the power line for the switches
Its too stable, good work
Are these motors with planetar gears?
Yes
What was the total cost of the arm?
mrfreak881 :
Around 350 Euro for Steppers/Drivers and Gears. The Rest was there in my restbox
Wie hoch waren die Gesamtkosten des Arms?
mrfreak881 :
Ca. 350 Euro für die Motoren/Endstufen und Zahnräder/Ketten. Der Rest war vorhanden
so sick :O :D
Wow
cool.

JTRobots
Yes, you are right. I‘ll use one more driver and an arduino pro Mini for the gripper...
Damn Cool , Loved it
Greate
Thx
