hiii! Salrahn main here, Fear + Disease stacking has secured MANY of my kills! Don’t think it doesn’t work if you’re not “laying there and letting it happen” , no, the things I attacked either fought back or tried to run off, and it still got the kill. It also Debuffs their health Regen by a lot, meaning if they lay down to heal up, it’ll keep eating at their hunger/thirst.
Now that I see this, this prob explain why I randomly starved as grysyll after tanking a woodra, I hid in my burrow and starvation forced me out then I died
It's pretty good i have been an auraron once and fought a woodralone and the disease just shredded my hunger and thirst bar to 25-30% and uhh then woodralone ended up logging yeah it's pretty deadly if u know how to use it

Me and a few friends absolutely wrecked some tier 5 creatures with ralokais, and since the effects stack now, it's even more deadly cuz I doubt people will be focusing on their hunger and thirst mid fight until it gets to the point of them starving and/or dehydrating, and then they die to that. That's what makes it dangerous, cuz it impacts what most other common debuffs don't.

i remember when jeff had 10 disease. i kosed with it a lot and it was op, which was probably why it was removed from jeff.
But why give a Jeff disease in the first place 😭
