We'll talk about the most haunted places in Williamsburg, Virginia, one of the oldest cities in the United States and a place with a ton of spooky stories attached to its centuries-old buildings. Then we'll discuss a few American legends and tall tales, including Paul Bunyan, John Henry, and Pecos Bill. Happy Independence Day!

I graduated from William & Mary back in the 1990s. It was a unique experience back then...lots of history-related and outdoorsy stuff to do there, but it was like a tiny, isolated village. For some semesters I actually lived in the Dillard Complex, an old psychiatric nurse living quarters for Eastern State Hospital that had been converted into a university dormitory. We were literally across the street from Eastern State Hospital. In those days, Williamsburg only had three primary employers: The College, Eastern State and Colonial Williamsburg. Now, it is a rapidly growing city of like 20,000 people...with new construction everywhere.
