No one knows who the voice actor for the Filipino dub of Asha will be, and I'm not sure if this movie will have a full Tagalog dub, but I hope they dub it entirely.
She only sang the tagalogg version of the song to promote the movie WISH here in the Philippines. Just like in 2016 in the case of the Malay Version and Indo version of HOW FAR I'LL GO was released by popular singers in Malaysia and indonesia back in 2016 just to promote the movie MOANA in Malaysian Cinemas and Indonesian Cinemas. Several years after 2016 the malay du b and indo dub of the full movie Moana premiered on TV but the voice actress is different from the singers that promoted the song in 2016 in Malaysia and Indonesia
