Jae T Despite being promoted well and being able to get into the rich company for promotion, they still don't receive too much love. If there is an election about the beauty, talent, ... of artists, Korean people naturally favor the Korean people :). Look at Lisa of the BlackPink, knowing that she was initially discriminated by Koreans for being YG's first foreign artist. To the extent that she had to cry and be protected by Jennie at BL tour in Thailand, that's why YG didn't favor Lisa too much for fear of being scolded. :) Poor for foreign artists.
If she debuts today. she will be a hit, 8yrs ago the industry are not as welcoming to foreign artist.

For anyone wondering where Shannon has went, she has been a voice actor for the video game Valorant, and is now a Twitch streamer who streams regularly, she has played with a lot of big streamers. She actually doesn't like when people bring up her being in K-Pop anymore as she has pretty much quit the industry, and she has explained the situation many times. She also mentioned she didn't like this song at all and that when she recorded this song initially she was really young like when she debuted, and this song ended up being released many many years later. If you're gonna go to her streams and stuff remember to be respectful like don't bring up "Why Why" because she's already talked about it a lot, so you can find a lot of Twitch clips about it if you're curious about what happened.
Other than that, she's seriously an amazing singer, she was under such a terrible company! But ceos/mentors from big companies seriously loved her! She deserved so much better and deserved to be under a better entertainment company. But good for her for getting out of that toxic industry, she looks way happier living her life back at home and streaming!
I hope she's still going to release music or be in musicals or something

Their company needs to get their shit together. I hate MBK but I love MBK artists eg DIA, T-ARA, SPEED, COED SCHOOL, FVE DOLLS and her. However, MBK Ent always finds good producers to produce their music, if that makes any sense. So I say she should just stay as an MBK Artist. Their company just needs to work harder and manage harder and if they do that, people won't hate MBK that much
End & And MBK debuted UNB and UNI.T but also dont treated them well. Their contract even less than a year. UNB doesn't have a last comeback and UNI.T doesn't have a last concert. Both of them just released 2 album 😢
