This track uses traditional korean instruments all over. The last rapper is MC Meta one half of the duo Garion. Although not absolutely correct they are like the EPMD of Korea. They are famous for only using Korean unless it is hiphop exclusive slang. Garion is the Chief of the Bulhandang crew, which is easily one of the most underground and technically efficient MCs grouped together.

First guy is Nuck and his concept is a traditional shamon in Korea
Koreans would notice that from the background of the video
Second is Nachaal and as u said buddism monk
Also his name Nachaal itself is buddism term which was the name of one of the devil but eventually become one of the guardian of buddah
Third, P-Type who is one of the best rhymer among Korean rappers
His concept is wolf as u can see

Last guy is MC Meta who is the real OG in k hiphop
He is KRS-ONE, Rakim, Method man....etc in Korea
He has his own methodology in his lyrics and music which is very unique in terms of adapting hiphop to Korean music
And the song's title is Bull Han Daang Ga which means song of rogues
BullHanDaang means rogue or blackguard, it's a really old word for thug or gangster, also the name of their crew
Ga after the word means song
Finally, the lady's singing is traditional Korean.... opera I would say. It's called Pansori
And in the song, it's one section of very famous pansori

The traditional sound you hear in the chorus is from the Korean traditional opera. Also, P-Type is basically the rhyme king in Korea cuz he understands the sounds of Korean language really well.
