- A friend from Italy showed me this trick! I've never eaten chicken so delicious! It's so tasty that I cook it almost every day! Pan-fried chicken dinner recipe Pan-fried dinner recipe. So tasty that I cook it often. This is my family's favorite recipe. Any portion of chicken can be used for this recipe, just change the cooking time in the oven. Making a delicious one-pan dinner has never tasted so good: chicken with potatoes and carrots in honey-garlic sauce. You will definitely love this delicious recipe. Good luck with your cooking!
Recipe 1:
4 chicken hindquarters.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place the chicken on a plate and let it rest for a while.
1 kg potatoes.
Olive oil.
1 large onion.
Salt.
3 teaspoons oregano.
Mix well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for 20 minutes.
4 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
3 cloves of garlic.
Brush the chicken pieces with the sauce and bake for another 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Repeat the process of brushing the chicken with sauce halfway through the baking time.

Recipe 2:
4 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 tablespoon butter.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
1 onion.
Reserve the chicken on a plate.
Cook the onion over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3 cloves of garlic.
Add the garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to a minimum.
3 teaspoons of paprika.
2 tablespoons flour.
1 cup tomato puree or 2 ripe tomatoes.
1 cup chicken broth or water.
Cook with the lid on over low heat for 25 minutes.
3/4 cup sour cream or yogurt.
Mix to combine the cream with the sauce.

Recipe 3:
5 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
1 onion.
1 teaspoon oregano.
1 tablespoon mustard.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 tablespoon honey.
200 g cabbage.
3 carrots.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons sesame oil.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking.

I WOULD INSTEAD BOIL THEM IN A CASSEROLLE...THEN IN THE OVEN....THIS WAY IT WON'T BE PINK BONE...I. AVOID THAT PRINCIPAL ON THE SAUCE PAN....👍 THKS ANY HOW

5 minutes on each side for chicken with the bone in? No way. I will cook it but for more like a total of 30 to 40 minutes. I do not like salmonella for dessert thank you. I apologize. You also bake it for 20 minutes and then yes it will be good to eat. Looks so delicious

Os seguía, però a mi parecer no sería necesario ,por ejemplo ver cómo se deshace la mantequilla, o como se pone el pollo en la sartén y todo su proceso de cocción, si se rectificara esto sería fan incondicional.

El pollo con las papas y cebollas al horno, quedo crudo, cuando lo corto se veia color rosado y baboso. Eso significa que esta crudo y el pollo crudo, no es bueno!

All he did was brown it first....then afterwards the chicken goes into the oven for another 20min with the potatoes and onions...so obviously it will be cooked

I cook my chicken to 170*F or 77*C USDA standard for poultry

Quando faccio rosolare il pollo, essendo già grasso di suo, in una padella con una buona antiaderenza non metto né olio né burro, perché poi il pollo trasferisce il suo grasso naturale nel fondo del recipiente e si rosola altrettanto bene. Qui fra olio e burro sembrava euasi una piscina. Ma ce lo vogliamo mettere in testa che eccedere con i grassi è dannoso soprattutto quelli saturi di origine animale
La ricetta la replichero' anch'io, con la mia versione light. Cmq chi si mette ai fornelli dovrebbe abbinare alle basi culinarie quelle della scienza dell"alimentazione, non ci va che si finisca col ricorrere alle statine per tamponare situazioni di ignoranza alimentare!
