I mean that's where basically most of the learners' level is, not only for Japanese but when you learn a new language your vocabulary maybe much lesser than that of a native 1st grade kid, but yeah the proud feeling is real man, same here
Lmao that's what I thought! But we all have to start somewhere, maybe in 5 years time of listening to this, hopefully our Japanese will be like a 10yo child lol
This is the best japanese listening video i have seen so far. The little hints are usefull to provide some extra context. Really well done please keep making these.
I understood EVERYTHING! And i feel really proud of myself. I don’t usually comment and i think this is my first comment ever in RUclips. You are really amazing thank you very much.
Love this format ! Short but in each videos there are interesting things to learn, easy to rewatch it. On top of that the montage is really clean and pleasant to watch ! I'm sure it's taking a lot of time so thank's a lot ! (Even two videos/year is good enough so I hope your not stressed because you aren't making ten videos a week)
When I have a cold, I make chicken soup. I take an oregano supplement with peppermint and have honey room temp so that the healing properties of honey do not get killed in hot water.
Welcome back! This video was great!!! Such precious content for learning REAL japanese. I come a multilingual background so it's much easier to learn how to speak from others than pure book study. I know you have to lower your talking level for us to understand, but appreciate it all the same!!! Stay well and safe, Naoko-sensei💛
This is the first video I see of yours, Naoko-san, and it is incredibly helpful! I love the addition of illustrations and explanations on screen, they provide very useful context clues! Thank you!
I discovered your channel only yesterday and I have to say this is the most comprehensible and high quality videos I found regarding Japanese listening practice. Thank you very much for your work! Greetings from Italy :)
I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING EVEN AFTER I STOPPED ACTIVELY STUDYING LIKE 3 YEARS AGO 😭💕💕 This is THE BEST listening video! I’m immediately subscribed!!!! ❤❤❤✨✨
Thank you very much for your special topic for Japanese conversation. I am happy to watch your RUclips. It is very helpful in studying Japanese. Thanks~^^
Lemme just pop up and say the quality of the videos is amazing. It's just the type of content that is very lacking compared to OVER-simplified language and people speaking with natural speed and natural vocabulary. Also, the beautiful pictures and animations make me grin like an idiot all the time! Keep up the perfect work!!! Would like to see your videos more often!
Thank you for this video because I don't miss any vocal used in this 😂❤.When I try to listen other japanense videos I always caught a little vocals .So I'm really thankful to you for your teaching❤

初めにあまりわかりません、でも二回目Translationを使ったけどすべてわかりました. in this vedio i learned : 体調 ( i thought it meant health but it's) まわり( me, my ) 季節の変わり目() 時期() 鼻がづまる() はちみつ() はち() おかゆ ().....and a lot more.
Didn't know all the words, but with your hints I understood everything you said. Love your videos so much! I have a little question, what's the difference between 体調 and 健康? They both mean health, don't they?
If the question is for Naoko, she can feel free to add to this (or correct this if I'm not quite correct), and other answers may come, but in my understanding, while they are both very similar, 体調 deals with the condition of one's body at the moment, while 健康 is a broader generalization of health, and more long-term. For example, 健康的な食べ物 would be "healthy foods", but 体調的な食べ物 (or probably more correctly 体調にいい食べ物) would not really be used, I think, or if it was used, then it would not be for long-term healthy foods, but rather for foods (like しょうが / ginger) that may be helpful to help you recover faster. So 体調 is more similar to 具合 (guai), meaning "condition/state", and deals with the state of one's body more on a day-to-day basis.
Wow! Thank you so so much! :)☺️ You're right, "健康的な食事" is often used, but "体調にいい食事" seems odd.. I don't think I need to add anymore, but just in case.. I looked it up, and this is what it said. 健康 is "the absence of medical illness or other abnormalities" or "being strong," which means not catching colds easily, having a sturdy body, or having no mental problems. 体調 is the condition or state of your body. It can be used not only for illness, but also when you don't feel well due to lack of sleep.
She's probably speaking like she's talking to a five year old but I feel proud that I understand quite a bit of it!
I mean that's where basically most of the learners' level is, not only for Japanese but when you learn a new language your vocabulary maybe much lesser than that of a native 1st grade kid, but yeah the proud feeling is real man, same here

More like a 3 year old, 5 yo kids are quite proficient
Every 2nd language learner starts at baby level!
Lmao that's what I thought! But we all have to start somewhere, maybe in 5 years time of listening to this, hopefully our Japanese will be like a 10yo child lol

Thank you sooooooo much sensei for helping us to learn Japanese 😊
