Dove orchid ഇതല്ല കെട്ടോ. ഒരു വലിയ pseudo bulb ൽ നിന്നാണ് അതിന്റെ leaves വരുന്നത്. മാത്രവുമല്ല, കുറച്ചു കൂടി വലിയ flowers നുള്ളിൽ ഓരോ dove ചിറകു വിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ തന്നെ തോന്നുന്ന അതി മനോഹരമായ പുഷ്പങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയവയുമാണ്.

Could be due to watering issue. If watering is correct, find out weather the plant is suffering from root rot.

Wait for 1 year. Fertilize it. Check weather the potting mix is hard or not. If it is hard, the saplings won't grow. If it is hard, repot it with good potting mix.

You can't grow it with a stem cutting, you can grow it from a sapling. I haven't tested if it grows in water

No. We are setting the pot inside another pot without drainage hole. So excess water will be collected in the outer pot that you can throw away.
