AmpleSound's new sound source - Khonghou! A legacy of more than 2000 years of history!

Konghou is an ancient Chinese stringed instrument with a long history and important cultural status, originating in the Han Dynasty, with a history of more than 2,000 years. It consists of three types, namely the horizontal konghou, the vertical konghou and the phoenix-head konghou, and was widely used in court music, religious ceremonies and banquets, as well as in ancient poems and paintings. Despite its decline in modern times, Konghou has received renewed attention in recent years with the revival of traditional Chinese music, and has gradually been integrated into modern music creation, demonstrating its unique artistic charm and profound historical value.

never thought there would ever be a vst version of a konghou, when i was younger i heard this when visiting my grandparents city in shengyang, it was absolutely magical
