Some of my favourite flowers which act as magnets for bees - Allium sphaerocephalon, Echinops ritro, Phacelia tanacetifolia and Perovskia atriplicifolia. Plant some of these and bees will be buzzing around all summer long. 🐝

I have a small garden which was block paved by the previous owners, it makes some sense as being in a terrace and having the street behind back onto my garden I don’t have a garage. I do have a Forsythia tree which I put a bed around to make it a feature when the block wall was put up to replace the dreadful panel fence which doesn’t last long. I have a 8by8 foot shed which is popular with local cats as they do use it for looking out like a Meerkat. The 2 border fence areas get a fair bit of weed growth and I try to remove it with the strummer. I get some flowers grow and I would like to encourage more bees. Is it really easy to do? I might be thought mad by some but I do say thank you to the bees when I see them. I have honey with my daily porridge and it makes me realise they do an important job. Can anyone suggest a fairly safe way to attract the bees? I do keep a small area of rough grass for the cats to come and chew, they really seem to like it. Any ideas?

Мне очень нравится эта передача, группа которая строит дизайн сада, а главное не повторяется, смотрю с удовольствием, извлекаю для себя понравившиеся кустарники и цветы. Удачи ему и его команде которые помогают людям создать свой сад, удачи вам.

Brilliant video but this message needs to be taken nationwide , globally and taken seriously, restoration of the bird, bee and butterfly population is paramount. In my garden the bees are going bonkers for borage more than anything else.

@@Global.Nature1 I know, this is the period in time that has been predicted for centuries, the birth of human kind, the possibility and prospect that we can restore and replenish Gaia. Mother nature as given birth to the human race, is time she had a break and got a bit of special treatment..also encapsulates the lore, if we look after the bees, the soil, the air, the rivers and oceans, they will look after us.

But what does the solitary bee do with its nectar and honey?

Some solitary bees do create honey, but they don't make much excess.

He was reminiscent of his days to acid house in the 90's, all else I can say is he was a later bloomer to this music style.
