I bought the April box from someone selling hers and will get it next week, and my renewed subscription will pick up in May. Most of the items in the box are kind of meh, but I love the charm packs and pattern and will be making the Bliss quilt. Thanks for the video Becca-just want to say, I’m soooo happy to see you in your beautiful quilting space. Looks like it was worth the wait!
I use the #9 hand sewing needles to hand stitch down quilt binding. Since the needle is so small & slim the eye probably has to be. They are difficult to see to thread, though.
I received my box Wednesday and I love everything in it. I just love all Lori Holt's fabrics. I agree with you on the needles. I don't do much hand sewing either. Looking forward to finishing the Bright Side blocks sewing along with you.

Hi Becca, I love watching unboxings, but being retired and on a limited income I can't afford to get any. I get a kick out of seeing the different notions you get. One suggestion? Can you move your mic to the center of your shirt? You only come through my headset on the right side during the last few videos. Have fun with your new stuff! ~~ Hugs, Lynne
Another great unboxing. I do have a question though. I went to the fat quarter shop after receiving my box today just see what it would cost to get the fabric kit for the block of the month. I noticed on the website the Fabric kit says it includes the finishing Instructions. So I'm wondering if i don't buy the fabric kit will I be lost on finishing?
With past monthly Sew Sampler blocks the finishing instructions have always been included at the same time as the month 12 block. Might be worth giving Customer Service a call though just to confirm.
Me, too! Last night I took my library book to bed to read before I went to sleep and realized, I can't read it (without my glasses) unless I hold the book at arm's length. Ugh!

You should receive finishing instructions as part of your boxes, but like Angela mentioned - it's worth giving FQS a call!
I think the eye needs to be larger, too.
