The reflexes necessary for lvl 29 play aren't really superhuman, most people who aren't geriatric could do it. Average human reaction time is 200ms, and the pieces on 29 take a third of a second to drop, there is a lot of leeway there. It's the tapping technique and stacking and consistency that is the difficult part. Scuti is an amazing player.
That's pretty special. There's a few different documentaries that explain just how special this is for a human to do, and just how many people have been trying to do for 30 years now. Imagine being the only (edited: now the first) person to ever complete one of the most popular games ever created.
