Staying there? Dude, I could live there! I’m a native Houstonian but I would move to Waco to live in that house. Back yard is a blank slate. It’s calling for a pool in this Texas heat! And I would build a bench around the tree trunk. And the fire pit. Can you say s’mores?! I’m in love. 😎✌🏻🤙🏻🤘🏻😎
This was soooo unexpected. This is a tiny mansion . Everything in it is so upscale but still keep on a scale that's not over crowding each room. Did I even explain that right? Lol. Even the tree was perfect for this yard. I'd say they nailed the build but your video made it a lil extra. Thank you for your work. You have went from Johnson City TN.to Waco Texas. That's a haul folks!

Hello Levi, boy do you pick some great locations, but this Halet House is my new favorite airbnb . Great looking house so spacious. What's the square footage of that home. The best part of that home was the living room simple but very elegant.
Why not build house like this but with more trees and plants and live

This house design is a slight variation on a passive solar design that has been around for 50 years or more ! I built a house similar to this in 1989. Extend the lower front the full width of the house, move the lower windows to the front and put horizontal windows across the entire top and you have the house I built. My front roof was steeper and went up to just below the horizontal windows. This helped prevent ice damming and gave the front high vaulted ceilings inside, something you may not need in Texas.
I love this!!! Like it doesn’t even seem like a tiny house even though it is. Curb appeal, this has it all. I would feel like I’m on vacation every day.
The online thing that I don’t really like is that kitchen right in the entrance. Apart from that I love this house!
I love the green cabinets ! But I would be the first one to spill koolaide on the white sofa! Beautiful house. I want the same one in the middle of the mountains with no neighbors.. 😁❤️

Great Island in the Kitchen with No sink! I used to cook for 12+ people and sometimes even 3 times per day, so I imagine food Ingredients on an Island the most. I feel that a Sink just gets in the way. Nice overall place. I liked it, Thanks.
Nozzle placement can for real make such a huge difference..people don't really think about that when planning and it truly does matter :)

I thought the same thing about the placement of the tv. A weird spot for it. However I loved everything else about the home. I bet that it cost a fortune to rent. There’s probably a long waiting list rent for say a full week.

One note for The Halet House designers: The placement of the tv in the corner of the room makes it difficult for group viewing.
I wonder if its on a tilting mount?
I didn’t see it mentioned. Would need a long arm to clear the corner.
I didn't care for that left side area placement and design either. Also, If the TV was bracketed to pull away and out from wall, it would really need to be a long angled hinge to turn screen past indent wall and be visible from the majority of LR seating. Really gorgeous, sumptuous smaller house design though. Loved almost all of the appointments and decorating. As a full-time home I'd have to change the bedroom area to two rooms somehow. Thanks for sharing.

I was hoping this video was a lead into a modular home builder with specs and prices. Appears this is a one off custom home with an owner that has an eye for design. The size of this house and layout is ideal for many empty nesters and retirees. The only thing questionable is the placement of the TV in the living room but no big deal.

So beautiful! I am trying to understand what is on the second floor and how it is accessed. I presume the second floor is for the furnace, hot water and other utilities... but I can not figure out how it is accessed... Could you please let me in on their clever access design?? Pretty please??
