Arrancars have 13
Quincies have 11
Soulreapers have 9
Soulreapers also have the least build diversity, I honestly don't know where you got that part from, its exclusive tree (kido) has the least synergy with speed/kendo/hakuda out of all the races, drastically lowering its diversity
Most damage is outlandish considering it has the smallest damage buff out of all races
Base Vizard has no damage buff, Vizard damage variant is 10%
Base Vasto has no damage buff, Vasto Hierro variant is 10% + a 15% defence buff
Base Letz has a 5% damage buff, Boost variant is 15% + 5%, blut variant is 5%+ 10% = 15%
