Bae Yong Joon/Choi Ji Woo are, indeed, superb actors especially in executing their roles/lines as Jung Sang Kang or Yujin Jung in Winter Sonata of which I've watched so many times not only 30 times, I was so touched in their scenes, as if I have not watched it long time ago. First I watched it in 2002, with my mom (she was still alive then), now I'm here in Canada, 'been watching it again since Dec 2021, then in Jan 2022. Love all the scenes really! For me, it's not only just a teleseries to watch, the whole story brings good values/moral lessons in friendships, family, and especially to your partner. The story of Yujin, and Jung Sang Kang was extraordinary, it's not just a simple love story relationship. It started back in their high school days, actually it was only a short span of time, when they got to know each other, but the impact of their simple relationship blossomed into a deep feelings, called love, that rose up to 10 whole years, of which Yujin, could not forget, and could no longer replaced by anyone and that feeling is incredible. No wonder that series considered as a legendary great love story of all time. I'm just a little bit disappointed because the writers could not justify well the "great love" being imparted in the story, they made the lead actor "BLIND" as if that great love of Jung Kang to Yujin made him punished all along in the end/final part of the series. With the huge success of that series, it garnered numerous awards, plus presidential award, for it impacts not only the tourism industry of South Korea, it also boosted up the economic history of the country. Likewise, it improves the relationship of South Korea and Japan, which seemed to be reported as edgy during the time of 1910. I've been longing to watch a sequel of this series, but I'm also aware that is not possible anymore, the lead stars might be very busy right now because they have their own family, businesses, and unfortunately one of the cast just committed suicide sometime in 2010.

He got injured and severe bone fractures during the shooting of the drama "The Legend" (aka "Taewangsasingi"), I think that's the main reason for him being long absence for any project ever since... Now I'm happy for him, as he enjoys his family life together with his beloved wife and children. 🥰
