Soufrière Volcano in St. Lucia, West Indies - The Caribbean's Only Drive-In Volcano!

The Soufrière (French word meaning sulfur) volcano located on the beautiful island of St. Lucia, West Indies is the Caribbean's only drive-in volcano. You can literally drive right into the crater of this volcano and walk around - the smell of sulfur permeates the air. In this drone video, you will notice the bubbling sulfur springs and hissing pools of steam. A small bird can be seen attacking the drone and kept me from flying low and directly over the top of the hissing pools of steam and bubbling sulfur - temperatures of up to 342°F (172°C).
