Hi, there this is Dave from Southeast Asia backpacker and South America backpacker and as I'm sure you can imagine we are two travel websites with a booking section on each and recording this at the time of Covid 19. We were on lockdown as most people are at this point you can tell from my quite splendid hairdo at this point and yeah well I'm sure like many small businesses especially in the travel industry.
We've recently had to have a good look at all of our expenses and be very careful about which companies we continue working with and without any doubt one of those companies was always going to be tyche softwares and we're extremely happy with the booking we've got the booking and appointments plug-in. We've got a bundle which I can't remember the name of right now but yeah three pieces of booking plug-in that work extremely well we've had very very few problems with him anytime anything has come up I've got in touch with support they've sorted out immediately anything that I have asked about that isn't already part of the plug-in.
I've got in touch with support and lo and behold a week later the plugins being updated and with new functionality in it so yeah basically when I was asked to give this testimonial the first thing that came to my head was that at a time like this we're all looking at who deserves that our customer and who doesn't and I'm very pleased to support Tyche software's. I really think they make all the effort that they need to and more and yeah very well deserved custom on our part and I wish them all the best.
