7:06 Dunno why exactly but this is kinda hilarious. Growing up in rural northern Germany I can safely say that every other farmer has a Benz and everyone of them offroads it no questions asked. Growing up in the 90s it was completely normal to see a Mercedes Benz 300 cruise over some random field to check out if the cows are doing alright. (Everything´s flat around here but still.)
In the US they tend to have more upscale models. Not to mention of course that farmers on average are pretty rich compared to city people as they have a ton of land and/or livestock and machines to work that stuff, that's a lot of assets compared to someone in a rental apartment working an office job.
@@ainumahtar I think a good comparison would be a crop duster plane. As a European I would go full monkey brain seeing while many rural Americans would be like: What? normal Tuesday. Yeah people don´t know much about how farming works it´s a lot of money involved but somehow most people have the mindset of cashflow = profit. As much as I would like to be the dude that has all those fancy machines and a nice Mercedes.. I don´t wanna be the guy that has to buy tires the price of a new car when it pops. Or get a machine the price of a new House to stay in competition. Or who can get screwed over by some out of season weather.
@@Fischbroetchen2k Oh yeah, absolutely. The crop duster plane thing is mostly a sense of scale, and assets don't mean you have all that money to spend. But it does mean you could buy a car on loan because money lender/bank knows that if you cant pay they can impound assets.
As long as the suspect isn´t driving an Abrams tank it would be useless. Abrooms is the only vehicle badly designed enough to be able to get locked by an AAM IR Seeker.
The default speed limiter on Mercedes (but afaik most) cars (at least here in Europe) is 255kph/~160mph, and the last one I drove had very little trouble getting to that speed. Shoutout to Autobahn 31 (=
guy in the Benz should have ran to the airport since the airspace there is restricted nor will the airport shut down the whole airspace go there and into the parking garage and ditch the car and take a uber/taxi out of that spot and down the road or what not and then get out of that and walk a lil bit and have a friend or family pick you up or get another uber ride
