The falsetto is his. The voice sounds the same as in the Philosopher's Propeller song which also has a falsetto part.

Now that I hear this statement, it feels particularly surreal to observe how he sings in this voice. It's like someone else lives in his body, and that someone else just started singing. I mean, I knew what his falsetto sounds like before, but I really thought it was an SP-2's contribution.
And I'm mind-blown again, and I'm so happy about this. This is probably the brightest, most exceptional example of Hirasawa's falsetto, then.
