13:37 - What programs did Ray use to increase his strength initially?

38:26 - Ray addresses his bomb out + accusations of being off cycle.
47:00 - Would you rather have 20 gold medals with no squat WR, or a squat WR with only 3 more gold medals?
48:50 - Ray vs Andrey vs Vlad - Will Ray ever squat with wraps?
54:12 - Should the IPF get rid of coefficients?
57:00 - Specifics about Ray's current training style.
1:09:40 - Ray's mindset when attempting dangerous weights, especially with questionable spotting.
1:19:13 - Paul Anderson vs Ray Williams vs Shane Hamman vs Mark Henry - Rank them.
1:25:05 - What Strongman would be the best powerlifter?
1:27:54 - What NFL player would be the best powerlifter?
    1:30:13 - Ray's 3 favorite lifters to follow online.
1:38:06 - If Ray could change anything about powerlifting today, what would it be?
1:39:44 - Will powerlifting ever be on ESPN?
1:43:25 - Joe Rogan and Ronnie Coleman sparked a debate about if lifting heavy destroys your body. Nobody has earned the right to rebuttal more than Ray.

Make sure to check the timestamps in the description. I didn't use chapters on the timeline of the video itself, since I'd rather keep the timestamps very specific (too wordy for chapters). You can jump to whatever question you find juicy.

Ray's answer to the last question is absolutely on point. I didn't expect him to say that. Ronnie Coleman has been dealing with back issues since high school. I am sure his issues are due to either "bro moments" or injuries. The way Ray trains shows you he will be squatting well into his 60s and have no issues growing old (as long as his organs stay healthy).

Can someone clarify his training methodology? If I understood correctly he built his base by squatting, benching and power cleaning every day, specifically by doing 5's up to a top set for each lift, except power cleans upto 275 only, followed by treadmill work. Now he trains each lift once a week (so 3 training sessions per week?), 4-5 week cycles with higher reps early and then lower reps towards the end of each cycle, he does something like a 5x5 or buildup to a top set for the main lift (depends on the week), no backoff work, then a lot of accessory work with things like hip belt squats, leg extensions, and lat pull-downs?

Candito did a good job with the interview. Only nitpick is to just ask the question and let them answer, don't suggest answers. It's not multiple choice, also if you ask long trailing multiple part questions people will only answer the last part of the question. Better to ask the questions individually
