There is a device that is put on the jamon that stays still and you can cut them perfectly with the knife, jamonera. Spanish food is very good, I recommend you make potato omelette with onion.
What Ssoyoung ate is part of the Mediterranean diet. I am Italian, and here we often eat bread with tomatoes, or raw ham, melon and rocket, especially in summer. It's a fresh and light dish, very yummy!
