- Limpieza y mantenimiento de motor 4 tiempos que llevaba 1 año parado a la intemperie. Se realizo cambio de:
--Retenes: bomba de agua, para de arranque, palanca de cambio, eje cigüeñal
--Arillos del pistón (compresión y rascador)
--Todas las juntas del motor: bomba de agua, tapa embrague, tapa encendido, tensor cadena distribución, tapas de válvulas, escape, culata, cilindro y embrague
--Filtros de aceite
--Válvulas de admisión
--Retenes de válvulas
--Tornillería variada y arandelas de cobre

what tool did you use to remove the timing chain? Original KTM Tool?
Chain breaker kit, I got mine on Amazon. Grind the pin flat on master link before you start
Hi, yes i used the original ktm tool, but you can use other compatible tool
how do i put the crankshaft synchronized with the cam?
What did you use to make the clean and shine up the exterior of the motor?
Hi, i used a polisher accessory for the Dremel, i bougth it on amazon. It's a wires pack whit different forms very usefull to polish small areas and pieces.

amigo tengo una duda con respecto a la puesta en tiempo, en que posición debe estar el árbol de levas para poder montar una cadena de tiempo nueva??
Debe estar con las levas mirando hacia arriba, sin que las valvulas esten pisadas. Ademas algunas coronas tienen dos puntos como marca, estos puntos deben estar alineados con la superficie de la culata

Hey i have a 03 525 . I sent the cylinder and head to la sleeve to get redone they say the cylinder is a 450 bore to 99 . Can i have that cylinder resleeved for a stock 525 if the bottom of motor is a 450. Or how can i tell the difference
I don't know exactly, but on this bike the engine is the same for 450 and 525, cylinder and lower engine, I think the only change is the inside diameter of the cylinder but the rest is the same. I have a 1995 husqvarna te 610 and the cylinder is the same as a te 410. I recommend looking for more information or talking to a ktm mechanic

@@angelguar5868 Es una pintura que me recomendaron en una tienda de pinturas de todo tipo, y es a pistola. Aunque lo mejor seria pintura en polvo, ami se me iba un poco de precio, pero seria la mejor y mas duradera opcion
