@TheRosePeony The bread itself is called challah,just like french baguette,croissant...The dough is more moist inside out and more sweet as well!
great idea. when you measure tho, keep the end of the dough at the end of the table so the tape measure can be taught and easier to handle. i like this, i wonder if you can make a big single loop and braid it?
