hi , i don't understand why you need to join the AddressID to the parameter#2 when AddressID is not even in the "City" lookup table ???

I agree. Shouldn't he be setting the City from the Address table equal to City_name from the City table?

Hi, the thing is that he does it with AddressID because he's performing an update on the original table, replacing there the city column transformed on the process shown. City lookup table is not doing anything at this stage of the dataflow.
