And I took over when you left, and I left Israel finally in 1974. I remember almost every single one of these old songs from my youth, and more, although I can't say I remember every single word. I sometimes wish I hadn't left either, but I am glad I am not there at the moment! It is now the end of 2024 and my only hope is that Israel will survive!
