I would make the other side of Zombie Sophia’s head her normal head that way you can have her as both characters without making a separate mini figure.

You should have Carol in the set since she’s Sophia’s mother And have Daryl since he’s AMAZING But I understand for if you wanted to put them in later sets when they played a more important role I would have swapped out T dog and Andrea for Daryl and Carol. If you make another set I would recommend putting Carl in it.
