[JUNGBUB TALK] Lecture 8537. Dealing with a Belligerent Patron

Question: Great Mentor, thank you for your teachings. The question I’m about to ask you is from my wife, who is quite frankly, too excited to see you personally. That’s why I’m here to ask in her stead. My family runs a small women’s clothing business. We face pleasant as well as unpleasant customers. When dealing with the rude ones, there are times we feel uncomfortable and resentful. But, after listening to your lectures on RUclips this has been somewhat resolved. However, if you were to give us your teachings directly, we’d be able to lead a better life following your guidance. After we improve ourselves, we would like to give a helping hand via the Hongik Foundation for the humanity project despite our perceived inadequacy. We ask for your wise teachings.
