Hi there! In order to unlock the secret endings, you will need to collect the event's Story Keys. To earn these keys, you will have to battle the books with the star looking key on top of them. Sometimes they can be available as a reward for completing an event task in your To Do. When unlocking the books, each may need a certain amount such as 5 keys, 10 keys, etc so you may need to farm for it. I hope this helps!
