I have never had mahi-mahi or cauliflower rice before, but I have a bag of each in the refrigerator for dinner tonight. I will give this a try. It looks delicious! Thanks for the post.
Need to let that first side cook longer. You'll get a better crust, and if you let it cook long enough it will release easily rather than sticking when you flip it.
@@MacAutoDiag Ever heard of sushi or tartare? Shit, I even had raw horse meat once in Asia. No bubble guts or doctor’s visits! Pretty tasty too, if you have an open mind :)
This looks so easy to make! Thank you.
Thank you.

Would be nice to put the cooking time on each side in the video
Don’t use time. Get a thermometer, cook the fish until it turn color halfway through, flip, take off at 145°
very nice. love the preparation and presentation. thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much
No garlic??
How long do o need to cook they mahi
You need to season that cast iron pan and let the fish form a crust before turning,
Close, but no cigar. Always cook fish presentation side down.
Looks so yummy 🤤
Wife material right there 😂
That looks gross. No crust and soggy.
Did my eyes deceive me or was that fish barely cooked....
5 minutes a side done . You can eat it raw
@@MrSprintcat HA! yeah ok. Well y'all keep doctors in business so
