Because Spratt is so damn good he makes it seem like popping OD then getting all those kills is easy. Even reg gunning it can get you killed unless you get a fast enough kill time depending on the weapon youre using, so I personally feel that is you're accurate like Spratt than sniping with OD is the best option because it's generally a one shot one kill
