He cares so much about the other guys that when they do interviews, I noticed he looks at all the other guys when they ask a question like he wants them to answer before him so they have a chance to answer. It might just be in my head but I thnk it's adorable he wants them to answer so the attention isn't just on him because he's the lead singer
