Bro, I'm from Nepal and I've been driving this for almost 4 months and you've mostly covered the pros but i think some things you should also check these things :
Headlights- the low beams range is too low. You can't see when you've reached a turn or not and have to switch between high and back to low when there's another vehicle approaching and back and forth. Other vehicles in this section have a decent low beam.
Pick up- when i switch from 4th to 5th gear to overtake a vehicle and give a nice rev, the speed is too slow and takes a while to pass the other vehicle that was infront off me and only after a while when I've overtaken that vehicle i feel a little torque. Here I'm talking about straight roads.
Too much noise is heard even when I'm pressing the race gently when I'm in 1st gear and have to quickly up shift to 2nd gear and the noise is gone.
NO SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT - well its self explanatory but I think they should've given this option here. This is a serious issue for me.
Front wiper water handle needs to be pulled so hardly and sometimes it barely works even when I'm pulling it. The wipers at the back work well even with a gentle push but for the front wipers the lever needs to be pulled so hard. I talked to the mechanics at the showroom and they say its the system that this car has been made with. Have your say.

It's a Good car, and point to be noted that, being Indian car manufacturers TATA cars has not given future like Nissan magnetic that to in base model;!!!
Is 12 volt power socket active by default in XE? Or just empty space provided by default.

That's active you can charge your device just plugging in the charger

Bhai mileage city m under 15 hi nikal pata hai. Aap apna door lock change krwa lo if their is no physical damage then dealership will change it for free✌️
